Services
Clinical Neuropsychological Assessment
Referrals are accepted from medical specialists such as neurologists, psychiatrists, geriatricians as well as GP's for comprehensive assessment of cognitive, mood or behavioural issues resulting from neurological illness or injury, and psychiatric conditions. This involves detailed testing of memory and cognition, collection of background information, a comprehensive report provided to the referrer, and a feedback session to discuss the findings and recommendations.
Memory Clinic
Assessment
Neuropsychological assessment can assist with identifying early cognitive changes associated with dementia. Identifying cognitive issues and strengths can help guide strategies to assist daily functioning as well as assist with brain health.
Capacity and Medicolegal
Assessment
Coastal Neuropsychology offers assessments of decision-making capacity for lifestyle decisions and financial management as well as testamentary capacity. Reports are provided for the Guardianship Tribunal or solicitors when making a Will. Medicolegal assessments are accepted on a case -by- case basis.
